This cat adoption questionnaire is the third step in our adoption process, which also includes having everyone in your household meet the cat or kitten at Cat Lounge – Martinez, the signing of an adoption contract, and payment of our adoption fee.
Please Note: We are located in Martinez, CA and we ONLY adopt cats into homes in the East Bay. We do not adopt cats outside of California. If you are not a resident of the East Bay or Bay Area, we suggest to reach out to petfinder.com or your local animal shelter..
Also, we unfortunately can only adopt to US citizens and 18+ years or older.
We reserve the right to turn down adopters as we deem necessary.
